- Friday 20th December 2002:
Stonelaw High School, end of term concert, with Neurotic Minds.

- Friday 17th January 2003:
Acoustic set at Trinity High School, with Spinback.

- Friday 11th April 2003:
Round One of 'Banned,' at Universal Connections, Cambuslang, along with Radix, Glen and the Handsomes and Sorreal. Backbeat progress to next round alongside Glen and the Handsomes.

- Friday 9th May 2003:
Second round of 'Banned,' also playing were Roadside Theory and Kicking Buckets. Backbeat and Kicking Buckets go through to the Final.

- Friday 20th June 2003:
Final of 'Banned' at UC, Cambuslang. Set of 30 minutes, alongside Glen and the Handsomes, Kicking Buckets and Mieklejohn. Backbeat finish third behind Kicking Buckets and Glen and the Handsomes.

- Friday 27th June 2003:
Stonelaw High School, on last day of term.

- Friday 29th August:
Universal Connections, Cambuslang, also playing were Glen and the Handsomes.

- Saturday 6th September 2003
Strawberry Fields, Glasgow, alongside 3 other bands.
